Presenters

Share your expertise and inspire women as a presenter for our professional development programs. Whether it’s guiding participants through resume writing, interview techniques, workplace etiquette, or industry insights, your knowledge can empower women to succeed in their careers.

Career Coaches

Become a trusted mentor and guide for women seeking career opportunities. As a Career Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with participants to provide personalized support in career planning, goal setting, and overcoming barriers to securing and maintaining employment.

Boutique Stylist

Transform a woman’s outlook by helping her look and feel confident. As a Boutique Stylist, you’ll assist women in selecting professional attire for interviews or new jobs, ensuring they feel empowered and ready to make a great impression.

Other opportunities:

  • Resume Reviewer: Help participants polish their resumes and showcase their skills effectively. As a Resume Reviewer, you’ll provide feedback and suggestions to ensure each participant’s resume is professional, clear, and tailored to their career goals.
  • Mock Interviewers: Prepare participants to excel in their job interviews by conducting realistic mock interview sessions. Your constructive feedback and encouragement will build their confidence and refine their skills.
  • Networking Facilitator: Help program participants build confidence and professional connections as a Networking Facilitator. In this role, you’ll guide women through the essentials of effective networking, providing them with the tools and practice they need to engage with professionals and develop meaningful relationships.
  • Clothing Drive Facilitator: Organize drives to gather toiletry items or gift cards to resupply our participants’ basic needs closet and incentive room.
  • Graduation Event Planner: Celebrate participants’ achievements and create memorable experiences as a Graduation Event Planner. In this role, you’ll help organize and coordinate in-house graduation receptions that honor the hard work and dedication of program graduates.
  • Donation Collection and Merchandising: Keep the Dress for Success boutique organized and inviting for participants by volunteering as a Merchandising Volunteer. Your efforts ensure the boutique remains a welcoming and professional space where women feel valued and inspired.
