The Women’s Network (TWN) helps women facing barriers to economic stability build pathways toward meaningful employment, greater stability, and independence. Based in Wichita, Kansas, we provide workforce development, individualized coaching, paid work experience, career support, and connections to employers and community resources.
Dress for Success Wichita is a program of The Women’s Network, extending our support through professional attire, styling, and career-readiness resources. Together, our programs connect practical resources with personalized support to help women prepare for employment, succeed at work, and build greater stability for themselves and their families.

Our Story Continues
The Women’s Network has served women in the Wichita community since 1997. What began as an effort to help women experiencing domestic violence build financial independence has evolved as the needs of the women we serve have changed.
Today, our work reaches women facing a broader range of barriers to economic stability while remaining rooted in the belief that meaningful employment can create opportunity not only for women, but for their families and communities.
